What is HRD Attestation?
HRD Attestation or Human Resource
Department Attestation is an essential legal procedure issued by the Indian
government to the citizens to authenticate the documents for overseas travel.
HRD stands for human resource development, which is an Indian ministry
responsible for the development and training of individuals to increase their
skills, knowledge, abilities and education. HRD attestation is the initial step
